Delivery Policy

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following delivery policy:


Delivery Time and Schedule

  1. Delivery Window:
    Deliveries are made between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. While we aim for timely delivery, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as we follow a planned delivery route.

  2. Delivery Days:
    We deliver on the following days:

    • Wednesday (Metro Manila & Rizal)
    • Friday (Metro Manila & Rizal)
    • Saturday (Metro Manila & Rizal)
    • Sunday (Metro Manila, Rizal & Pampanga)

Order Cut-Off Time

  1. Orders placed on or before 9:00 PM on the day prior to a designated delivery day will be included in the immediate delivery schedule.
  2. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed for the next available delivery schedule.

Freshness Guarantee

  1. To ensure freshness, all seafood products are procured the night before or early on the morning of your delivery date.

  2. We do not hold inventory to guarantee that what we deliver is always fresh.

  3. Unavailable Items:
    In rare cases where certain seafood items are unavailable due to supply constraints, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for your next purchase. Store credits will be processed and reflected in your account within 24 hours.


Customer Responsibilities

  1. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the delivery window.
  2. If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery team will contact you for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
