• Source: Sourced fresh alongside galunggong, from trusted local suppliers.
• Size and Weight: Approximately 4-8 pieces per kilogram.
• Storage and Shelf Life: For optimal freshness, consume within 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze immediately upon delivery to maintain quality for up to 1 month.
• Preparation: Rinsed and packed, ready to cook.
• Packaging: Vacuum-sealed to retain freshness. In-house deliveries are packed in a styrofoam box with ice and transferred to a plastic bag upon arrival. Third-party courier deliveries are packed in a corrugated box with ice.
